Mariam Osman is a regulated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) living in Toronto (ON, Canada). Mariam graduated from the University of Montreal (QC, Canada) and has spent her career focusing on providing individualized care to adults in acute care and in rehabilitation hospitals. As a neurosurgical patient herself, Mariam firmly believes in patient-centered care and in empowerment through knowledge. Mariam is passionate about dysphagia, aphasia, apraxia, dysarthria, dysphonia, cognitive-communication, and neurodegenerative diseases.
